” I would like to open a firm that will specifically deal with managing clients’ medical records. The firm will document client health data that entail history, assessment results, and symptoms. Besides that, the firm will be responsible for reviewing patient records to make sure they are free from errors. Additionally, the firm will undertake to code the medical records for the objective of insurance reimbursements. Lastly, the healthcare firm shall undertake the best medical records management practices that safeguard clients’ protected health information and guarantee patient confidentiality. ”

• A comprehensive SWOT analysis on the internal and external environment for the service line or new business you plan to open
